Searching Web Files for Confidential Data

The Include Web Files in Website Search setting allows Spirion to search website files such as doc, xls, pdf, etc.  To search website pages (like HTM and HTML files), refer to Searching Web Pages for Confidential Data.

It is not necessary for the Files ribbon button to be enabled for web files to be searched; however, compressed files on a website will not be searched unless the Compressed Files button is enabled.
