Customizing Your Search

You can customize what you want to search for by choosing options on the Data Types and Files toolbar buttons or data Types and Locations menu items.

Data Types

This menu allows you to choose the Data Types you want to search for and how you want to search:

• Searching with AnyFind
• Searching with Custom Types and Regular Expressions

Locations

This menu allows you to choose where on computers you want to find personal information:

• Searching Files
• Searching File Locations
• Searching Compressed Files
