Workflows

Workflows provides the ability to assign results to users based on user defined criteria, send notifications when automatic or manual assignment occurs, apply remediation actions, track status and assign classifications.

The Workflows tab provides an interface for creating, editing and managing the workflow rules. This tab consists of three components:

  1. The Ribbon groups: Used to Add, edit, remove, manage and organize the list of Workflow Rules and Classifications and also to allow you to quickly view all results matching a specific rule.
  2. The Workflow Rules List: Displays and allows management of the list of Workflow Rules and Classifications.
  3. The Workflow View: Displays the Workflow Wizard for creating and editing Workflow Rules.
