Report List

The Report List displays the list of available reports. Reports can be organized in a manner of your choosing via drag and drop to set the display order and to place reports or folders into other folders. The Sort List by Name button can be used to toggle between your arbitrary order and an alphabetically sorted order.

Single left clicking on a report displays that report in the Report View. If the Suspend button is selected (pressed and highlighted), the column headers are displayed, but no data/report rows are displayed.

Right-clicking on a report displays a menu that provides the same functions as are available in the Report List ribbon group. Holding the Ctrl key while right-clicking on a report displays the Report Wizard in the Report view rather than the report itself.

If ctrl-right-clicking displays the context menu, then the focus of the mouse may have become out of sync with the Report List. When this happens, click the Esc key and then ctrl-right-click the desired report again.
