Add Button

To add a Google Gmail account to be included in the search on the endpoint(s) to which the policy applies click the Add ribbon button.

After clicking Add, a new row appears in the Policy View.

 

The Policy View displays the following columns:

 

Edit Button

To modify the selected Google Gmail account entry click the Edit ribbon button.

 

Remove Button

To remove the selected Google Gmail account entry from the policy click the Remove ribbon button.

A confirmation dialog prompts you to ensure that you would like to delete the selected row.

Import Button

To import a list of Gmail user accounts to be included in the search on the endpoint(s) to which the policy applies click the Import ribbon button.

The Gmail user accounts list to be imported should be in CSV format, with the content in the following format:

AdminAccountName,User

Admin Account Name: This field is required and is the Google Gmail admin account. It must match an existing Google Gmail admin account. Google Gmail admin accounts are specified using the Edit Admins ribbon button in the Google Gmail group. Input lines that contain invalid admin accounts are ignored.

User: Specify the user account to be searched. The user account would be one of the user email addresses associated with your Google Gmail account (e.g. bob.smith@company.com). If you want to search every user account linked to the admin account, leave this field blank.

For example:

bobsmith@gmail.com,djones@gmail.com

mchild@gmail.com

Duplicate entries, whether already in the Gmail account list or in the import file, are ignored.

Edit Admins Button

To edit the list of Google Gmail Admins, click the Edit Admins ribbon button.
