Sensitive Data Types

Select the Sensitive Data Types that apply to this policy. If any of the Sensitive Data Types are included in a policy, they are included in the search but are not displayed in the Agent user interface.

Sensitive Data Types can be created by directly entering information on the Sensitive Data Types page of the Admin tab. Any Sensitive Data Types that you have created displays here. There are five types of Sensitive Data Types.

These types are:

• Keyword
• Regular Expression
• Dictionary
• Sensitive Data Definition
• Search API
• Exact Match

Place a checkmark in the checkbox next to each Sensitive Data Type that you want to apply to the policy. A Sensitive Data Type does not have any effect on searches unless it is assigned to a policy.

Sensitive Data Types can be applied to all policy types.
